Tied the the wonderful Savoy Grill, this hotel is a bit of Kansas City's past. Though not in the best neighborhood, still gives you a feeling of the roaring twenties.
I have nothing good to say about this Hotel It smells, it's dirty, staff is creepy. It is a Resident Hotel which they say nothing about when you book. The elavator alarm was going off and I had to tell the staff they then had to call someone off...
I called Savoy direct (5/2008) spoke to reservations explained I needed a handicapped room for a paraplegic. I was told they had one handicapped room. I made my reservations was put on hold while they moved around someone so I could have the room....
