The 300 guestrooms are decorated in light colours with bold, colourful furnishings; all extend to balconies with views of the garden or the pool. Amenities include air conditioning and satellite television, and bathrooms with tubs and handheld showers. Safes and refrigerators are all available on request. 59 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed at this hotel for one week from 25th April 07; it is very shabby and desperately needs revamping! The Turkish bath, fitness centre, hammam, sauna and Jacuzzi were all closed even though it stated on our reservation form that these facilities would be available. The so called shuttle to the beach is one poor thin horse pulling a carriage far to big and heavy for it, the horse had no shade and no water all day long. The male staff was all very leachy and not very helpful; the women were not a lot better! We will definitely not be returning to Tunisia let alone this hotel and I think Thompson holidays need to rethink their starring system, I would class this hotel as 1 star.
