Hotel Royal Plaza in Walt Disney World

WITH HAD ASK FOR FIRST AVAILABLE ROOM FOR CKECK IN.

WE WERE GIVEN A HANDICAPPED ROOM ALL THOUGH

MY WIFE NOR I AM HANDICAPPED. THE GIRL AT THE DESK COULD SEE THIS!

MY WIFE ENJOYS TAKING BATHS THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE IN A HANDICAPPED ROOM. THESE ROOMS SHOULD BE RESERVED FOR THE PEOPLE WHO NEED THIS TYPE OF ROOM AND SHOULDN'T BE GIVEN AWAY TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T NEED THEM.

SORRY BUT WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN.

The air conditioning unit in the room was by far the loudest unit we have ever heard. It was virtually impossible to sleep.

If you go to this hotel's website and you are staying four or more nights, after the third night, the fourth one is free. And if you're staying five nights, the fifth is free and so on.

It's a beautiful hotel and I can't wait to go back there again, they have perfect bedding and beautiful views. It's a treasure!

We stayed here on our honeymoon and hated it. The staff made absolutely no attempts to accommodate us. We weren't allowed to check into our room one second before 4 p.m.

On our first night, we found that our room was infested with ants, and they refused to move us or do anything for us. We were told that Florida has a lot of bugs and we should deal with it.

I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. We've stayed on-site at WDW resorts since this nightmare trip and have been very happy.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. We were treated very well and enjoyed our stay. It's in a central location to Orlando, and their theme parks are incredible. It's a reasonable price for a 4 star hotel, no complaints.

It's a great place to stay for your Orlando trip with or without the kids.
