We arrived to the Roxy on Nov. 1 which was a holiday weekend. The hotel was quiet and we were greeted by/a very professional desk clerk who was attentive and considerate. We were at the very end of a 3 week tour but this last day we had booked ourselves and were a little nervous. Luckily it ended up to have the best desk clerks throughout all of our tour of Italy. We went on a tour of Milan and dinner and when we returned there was a different clerk who was amusing and helpful (regarding our departure in the morning) and attended the bar for us. The next morning we had to depart very early (5:30am) and the 3rd desk clerk came out from behind the desk and gave us juice and showed us some breads and wrapped croissants, etc. for us to enjoy on the way to the airport. They were all three so nice and so helpful. We really appreciate them so much and the rooms were very nice and clean and just what we needed so thank you.
