I had the most amazing stay at the Oceana this past month. We had the most spectacular view from our ocean view suite and the room was HUGE. The bed was very comfortable and the pastel colors in the room made us feel so welcome. The lounge is so...

If you need a home away from home, you can't do much better than this. You'll feel right at home here. If you ever wanted to live on Melrose Place, this is it, but even better because Pacific Palisades Park is right across the street and the 3rd Street Promenade is about 10 minutes away. This is great living for the most part, but I will warn you: Go food shopping elsewhere. It might be tempting to eat the food that they have available in the suite, but you'll do so at a large cost. For instance: the Evian was $7. Even by Hollywood standards, that was expensive. The parking can be bad (or expensive) as well, but to be honest, you can walk to anything or place that you would want to quite easily and I can't see you choosing to have a car unless you just have to go to Hollywood. But even Hollywood doesn't have a view like you'll get here.
