The hotel is very nice. The rooms need to be updated. I was on the ninth floor and it left much to be desired. Upgrade if you can for a bigger room and better view. I would have enjoyed myself more had I done the same.

The service was horrible. The staff is too busy to be personable. Visitors must pay $10.00 daily to use the pool and hot tub. The one positive comment is the hotel is located downtown and close to all you need to get to when visiting San Francisco.
