Located in the French Quarter, this hotel is an elegant place to stay with it's chandeliers, marbled floors famed lobby grandfather clock. The rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped with the essentials. There's a nice restaurant on site, if you don't feel like trying the wide choice of places near by. The pool area i s nice and there's also a gym, if you're feeling energetic! The bar serves a wide selection of drinks and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had items stolen from the room and from the valet parking office after the attendant ensured us tht the items would be safe in the Valet garage. When we reported it to management that were not concerned at all. I will never stay again.

I have stayed in many luxury hotels and resorts. And for the price, this hotel is too good to be true! It is in a PERFECT location on Royal Street, directly behind Bourbon. It is within walking distance of EVERYTHING worth seeing and beside...

THE DELUXE ROOM WAS REALLY NICE.HOUSEKEEPING DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THIS HOTEL IS IN A GREAT LOCATION, CLOSE TO BOURBAN ST. BUT FAR ENOUGH SO NOT TO BE INTRUSIVE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This hotel looks very elegant when you first see it because it is very detailed from the outside. When you walk in the lobby and the carousel bar, they are very elegant and clean. All of the flowers and plants in there are real! But when my husband...

Even though we had reservations for 7 rooms for over 6 months, when we checked in first there was no parking available AND there were no rooms available. My brother and sister-in-law were sent to three different rooms, only to find them already...
Wouldn't stay here again even if it was free

Upon arrival to the hotel, the parking was a mess. There were 5 of us traveling on 3 motorcycles. They made us park in a garage across the street in a back corner which wasn't even a parking spot. We parked all 3 bikes there. Then they...
