Hotel Monaco has wonderful rooms, staff and they really catered to our pups. Plus, they have a great wine hour complete with olives and thin breadsticks. The staff was great both times we stayed and the rooms were just gorgeous and really spacious....

We stayed for a weekend. Loved all the unique touches about this hotel. Suggest you don't go to the hotel restaurant. Overpriced & the food was horrible. We sent it back (which is something I never do). We even sent back the comp. dessert....

The staff was unbelievably friendly and gave great advise on taxi/shuttle services. The concierge was also very knowledgable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and are turned down (candy on pillow) each night...

Got a non-smoking room on an all smoking floor (10)- had to run to and from the elevator so we wouldn't choke. Broken safe- said they'd fix but never did. Asked for Coffee maker- said it would come shortly- came two days later after second request....
