The Hotel Monaco Washington DC - 2009 is proud to announce the completion of its multimillion dollar guest room renovation. Orchestrated by California-based team design atelier, these exquisitely redesigned guest rooms maintain and enhance the original historic restoration of the us general Post Office Building, while combining contemporary styles, and modern colorations that let the guest know they are in a current, vibrant Washington DC destination hotel. The upgraded fabrics and furnishings are a mix of traditional designs infused with modern colors and scale that indulge the senses.

Location. Hotel Monaco, located in downtown Washington, D. C. is part of the historical Penn Quarter neighborhood. Centrally located, the hotel is across the street from the National Portrait Gallery and the Verizon Center. The International Spy Museum is one block away. Hotel Features. A National Historic Landmark, Hotel Monaco blends rich history with modern design. White columns, stone stairways and classic exterior architecture reflect the building's nineteenth-century past.
