This hotel has a good atmosphere, but it requires a fat checkbook, because if you can't afford a cab up the hill, you're screwed.

The hotel is in a good central downtown location. All requests for the room were met (I'm disabled) quickly and effortlessly. The concierge staff was very helpful. Restaurant food quality was okay, but I was expecting more selection. The dinner menu was just okay. It was convenient for our needs but others should check out alternatives. The cozy boutique and the goldfish were a nice touch, not to mention the chocolates and wine in our suite.
This hotel made me feel content: It was just a very cozy stay. They did everything well that should be expected at a hotel of the price range.

It's in the perfect location! It's in the middle of everything! It has a fabulous staff! It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed! There's free wine and beer nightly!
This hotel made me feel important: They welcomed us as family! The concierge was incredible!

43 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I have stayed several times at the Alexis and at the Monaco and have enjoyed both of them every time. Other hotels have I tried in Seattle have never been as pleasant.
This hotel made me feel pampered: It is a very comfortable hotel - one always feels well cared for. The room stayed in was particularly lovely.

The whole experience was great. Kimpton's hotel Monaco in Seattle provided us with anything we needed in a downtown hotel. I was extremely pleased.
This hotel made me feel hip: The whole environment was very cool. You kind of feel like a celebrity there. I enjoyed the atmosphere very much.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The room had elegant furniture. A large bathroom. Nice bath robes. A quality stereo with a selection of cds. And most importantly, chilled champagne was in the room.
