This stylish 3 star hotel is ideal for anyone wanting to be close to the city center as well as the headquarters of international companies as well as Central Station. Milano Hotel is a modern red brick hotel located within an 8 minute walking distance from Rotterdams Central Station with easy access to the rest of the city. Attractions like the theater square, the World Trade Center and the Rotterdam skyline are within walking distance, as is the modern shopping street. All rooms are cleanly styled and simply furnished that include all comforts, like cable TV, clock radios, safes and wireless Internet. Rooms with balcony are on request. Guests can start the day with a continental breakfast at the hotel, and relax with an evening drink in the hotel bar. Additional information: Children age 12 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult.

They have poor service despite the 3 star rating. The room was a big disappointment, and I was given a sheets with holes in it.
The person manning the check in desk was unhelpful and was unable to speak any English at all. I got shouted at when asking for a bill. She made no effort whatsoever of listening, and was quite rude.
This is a bed and breakfast hotel. Breakfast is good, but the dining area stinks of smoke, as breakfast is served in the "cafe" which doubles up as a pub area at night. in addition, the 'cafe' faces the courtyard, which, really is a junk yard. There are spare tires and plywood strewn about!
Be warned. I booked through expedia, and the pictures shown there is very misleading. Avoid, if possible.
Pros: It’s slightly cheaper than other hotels, but you get rooms which reflect the price I paid.
Cons: No kettle, not so secure doors, sheets with holes, poor service.
