The location was great. The hotel staff left a lot to be desired. I had to call eight times to receive a refrigerator after they said it was on the way and it took one day.

It was well located for our three-day visit to Disneyland. The parking was convenient. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle bus.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We had a very easy check in. Not all of our party arrived at the same time, but we were able to discuss the situation and get the rooms we needed. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

The hotel itself was as expected. The gentleman on the night shift was exceptional. He ordered food for our room, went out of his way, and helped us with telephone numbers and directions.

The hotel offered shuttle service to Disneyland and they had the best breakfast that I have ever had in a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I didn't want the newspaper delivered and it was always delivered even though I always left it out, not to be delivered again, and they agreed, but I was still was charged for it. The staff gave us horrible directions for walking to the park.
