Beautiful and posh decor. One of the most unique hotels i have ever been to. Located right next to Cambridge Galleria. A plethora of dining and shopping options are available right next door.

The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and pleasant. It was in easy walking distance to the "Lechmere T" stop. We were upgraded to an executive suite for a minimal charge (nice large suite). The wine/happy hour every afternoon was perfect. We would definitely stay at the Marlow again.

They claim to be responsive to guest's needs, but I asked four times over a 3 day stay for them to fix the heat in my room. The room never got above 67 degrees. The restaurant was closed for renovations on the second day there, although it was not a great loss because when we did eat there on day one we found it way over priced with extremely limited menu.

There was no coffee pot in the room and a sign said on would be provided upon request. We did request twice with no action taken. There is no pool, hot tub, sauna or anything you would expect in a four star hotel. I have stayed in cheap hotels like Red Roof and Motel 6 that were more responsive.

Also, there was no dresser or storage for clothes in the room other than a closet. We had to keep our clothes in the suitcase on the luggage rack. Not worth the money unless you have pets (it looked like they cater to pets more than people)

I am not likely to return to the Hotel Marlowe.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel is pet friendly. They serve complimentary morning coffee and wine hour in a living room-type lobby. They also have a concierge service, bike and kayak rentals. The hotel is adjacent to a mall with 120 shops and restaurants. The Metro station is within walking distance.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hotel Marlowe.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
