The Ramada was old, the bathroom was far too small for two or more people sharing a room, the hallways were too dimly lit and the decor needed updating. It felt dingy.
The bellman and the front desk personnel were quick to get us checked in without waiting in line on the New Year's Eve... A very busy time for the hotel.
