No attention to detail - front door had been kicked open a few times , handle for our sliding door was missing the top screw. Elevator situation was awful - wait could be 10-15 minutes . In their heat they should have fans or clean the elevators....

We made our reservation at the last min. and got the highest rate for the room. Rooms we OK but nothing fancy. If you want a lounge chair at the pool, better go down about 7 am. Signs posted "Do not save chairs with towels" but when we looked down ...

Overall, Crown Reef was an excellent value for the dates of travel. The view of the ocean was excellent. The location was excellent. The TV was very small. The children had to sit with us while watching TV on our bed. Security did not remove guests...
