It was a nice hotel, but the room there was something wrong with the double king size room we reserved. Instead of being moved to a comparable room we were moved to a smaller one in which the TV remote did not even work. The staff could have been a little

I would stay at this hotel again. It was within walking distance to the convention center and the superdome. They were friendly and accomodating. The only request was for another wastebasket in the room. Since we only had 1 and that was in the bathroom and we had 2 people sleeping in the room.

The hotel was cozy and close to many areas of interest and the streetcar station. The room was a little small and long distance calls are included in you bill, even if you do not use them. The staff is knowledgeable about the area and the city in general. When asked they tell you about the local hangouts.
