Located well for the Magnificent Mile and downtown Chicago, this hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are different from your usual hotel room and are decorated with a nice homely feel, with wooden floors and some fireplaces. The bathrooms are based on a spa design and are luxurious and equipped with some excellent beauty products. For business travellers, there is high speed internet access in all rooms and also a wireless facility in the 24hr lounge and business center. The hotel offers a dry cleaning pick up service, on-site beauty salon and a well equipped fitness center. The Lobby lounge serves a good selection of drinks and the restaurant has a good breakfast and plenty on choice on the menus for lunch and dinner. The food is all freshly prepared and of a high quality. The staff here are courteous, helpful and offer high quality customer service.
