The Hotel Huntington Beach puts thrill-seekers and sun worshipers close to the famous Southern California theme parks, beaches and snazzy seaside resorts. Guests are within easy drives to Huntington Beach, a favorite for surfers; upscale Newport Beach, which features a marina for yachts; and Laguna Beach, which is noted for its artsy village. What's more, families and kids can pile in their vehicles for short 11-mile junkets to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm theme parks. This suburban Anaheim hotel sits across from the Bavarian-style Old World German Village of shops and restaurants. Recreation and beach lovers are close to public tennis courts, the 18-hole Meadowlark Golf Course, and the water sports and biking and running paths at the beaches. The Orange County hotel provides complimentary shuttles to John Wayne Airport and local destinations. When not sightseeing or soaking up the rays, guests can swim in the hotel's indoor pool, soak in the hot tub and relax in Leonardo's Lounge over drinks, pool, darts and karaoke. When their stomachs begin growling, they will find plenty of dining options, including Pasta's at the hotel, which dishes up breakfast buffets, Sunday champagne brunches and Italian-American cuisine. Meanwhile, cyber-aficionados will enjoy the hotel's dial-up and wireless Internet access in the guestrooms and public Internet access in the lobby. Speaking of guestrooms, hotel accommodations feature 224 of them with contemporary furnishings, desks, coffeemakers, the Disney Channel, pay movies, video-game consoles and in-room massages. Seven miles and 32 miles respectively from John Wayne and Los Angeles International airports, the Hotel Huntington Beach caters to business travelers who want to stay close to corporate headquarters and use wireless Internet access in their rooms. Families, groups and folks on weekend getaways pick the suburban Anaheim hotel because they're close to family- and kid-friendly theme parks and beach communities.

Good
We've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions with our daughter's softball team. The service is good; on the last trip, we had checked out already, but they voluntarily supplied a room and towels for our team to shower before our flights home. On ...

Okay
Free parking.Nothing special. Not the best location. The star rating might be a bit too high on this hotel. Nothing special about this one. To top it all off, we were woken up by a fire alarm going off - twice - in the middle of the night. At least...

Good
I always send any visitors here as this a great hotel. The service is excellent, the rooms are very clean, nice crisp white sheets. The staff are so polite and helpful.

The area is semi-industrial. There are shops nearby though. It is not very close to the beach, but it is close to Beach Blvd. The exterior is modern and updated. The interior is decent. Nothing special. The bar is kind of a joke. I didn't see it during full swing, but during the day it looks a little cheesy. The staff is friendly enough. My room was on the 8th/top floor. The windows don't open (which makes sense, but was a little disappointing.) The room smelled a little stuffy, but was clean and nice. The bathroom/shower/tub was great. I ordered the nachos from room service. They were delicious but I think they charged me like $10 when they were advertised for $6. Anywho, this is a great stay for a business trip or a place to crash after barhopping. I wouldn't try to impress my friends with it for a classy weekend though. Good price too. I think it was about $80-$90 per night on a weekend.
i was here in July and had travelled from Ireland i thought when i booked hotel huntington beach it would be near the beach but only to find out it was about 20mins away and we didnt bring drivers licence's with us so we had to get the bus . it...
When you visit Huntington Beach, you can save some dough by staying at The Hotel Huntington Beach. it may not be on the beach, but the ocean is just down the street. While staying at Hotel HB, you can walk across the street to Bella Terra for great shopping, restaurants and movie theater. check it out.
