Mediocre
The staff was pretty helpful, but the room itself was awful. It smelt like stale cigarettes eventhough it was a non smoking room. The AC made noises, the water pressure was way too hard, the television was miniature & barely visible from the bed ...
38 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The location was excellent, close to my conference yet still having a laid-back atmosphere rather than being in the city rush. The service staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure your needs were met.
There was not a crowd of people everywhere all the time. This let the staff give more attention to individual guests that I have experienced elsewhere at comparable hotels.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hotel Highland at Biltmore.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We stayed at the Phoenix Inn and the staff is the friendliest I have ever seen. THey go out of their way to be sure to acknowlegde you and say HI, they are very courtious, very professional. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is awesome and 2 blocks...
