A tranquil and romantic getaway with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Hotel Hana-Maui and Honua Spa is a hidden treasure off the beaten track on the eastern coast of Maui. Set in a lush tropical setting, it has an excellent spa, fine dining and provides the perfect chance to experience the stunning beauty and culture of the island. The pace is wonderfully slow here as you follow nature s clock. There are no televisions or radios to remind you of the outside world, just delightfully spacious suites or cottages, an infinity pool to laze in and the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks below. The spa is definitely worth a visit with a lava rock whirlpool, steam and plunge pool and of course, some amazing treatments. For cultural activities take hula lessons, ukulele classes or lei making. Alternatively, head to the stables for horse riding or take a shuttle to nearby famed Hamoa beach, where you will find private hotel facilities. In the evening, dine at Ka uiki and enjoy local fresh cuisine. Hotel Hana-Maui is a Small Luxury Hotels of the World property.

My husband and I always stay at Hotel Hana Maui when in Hana. No mystery there, they're the only game in town when it comes to a high end hotel in the East Side.
I recommend their Oceanfront Cottages, the ones with the jaccuzzi on the...

Definitely one of the nicest and most relaxing places we've ever stayed. This was our splurge night of a 2-week honeymoon and was by far the most luxurious place we stayed in both Maui and Kauai....

The hotel Hana Maui combines the elegance of a four star hotel with the serenity of a seaside cottage at one of the most exotic locations in the world. They offer truly luxurious accommodations at a price that is far less than you would expect.
From the ocean views of your suite or cottage to the ocean views of the pool, hot tub or spa, the hotel Hana Maui steeps you slowly and irresistibly into the peaceful oasis.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hotel Hana-Maui.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This was an amazing hotel. If you're expecting modern luxuries like a TV, computer, etc., then you're out of luck. Even our cell phone reception wasn't great. And that made the trip even more blissful.
The property is quiet and exquisitely designed. A number of Japanese elements dot the property, such as stone fountains, ponds, and florals. It was stunning.
The spa is unparalleled, and the in-hotel restaurant serves up some delicious treats (the Kahlua pork BBQ sandwich is killer.)
Overall its highly recommended for a blissful, peaceful, romantic getaway.
