Stayed 3 nites at the hotel last week due to its strategic location (heart of Osaka City) and proximity to numerous shopping centres. Contrary to some of the reviews posted with regards to noise from the JR train and smallness of rooms, found that noise was not an issue (at least at the 26th floor where I stayed). Size is typical of western Jap hotels + good cleanliness. Only complaint is that breakfast menu does not change + fairly limited variety. Staff's English standard is acceptable. Should pay a visit to the Sky Restaurants on the 27th floor for observatory purposes. The BBQ-Meat restaurant is not worth trying. Bland meat of inferior cuts. Location is superb as we are right above JR Osaka station, Daimaru shopping centre.
