This is a great hotel, though the single rooms are a bit small, but it's Japan.
It's centrally located on Iidabashi Avenue, a block from the Kudanshita subway station and some eight blocks from the Iidabashi JR train station. There are plenty of places to eat, and quite a few convenience stores so you can stock up on goodies rather than spend on room service. The restaurants are good, but pricey.
The service is excellent, and the folks are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
