I stayed recently at this hotel and I have just good things to say about everything. I had to come back early because of a family emergency and the staff was most gracious with me having to leave and cancel the rest of my stay. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
The rooms are super clean and big for New York standards. I would recommend it to anyone who has a few bucks to spend and who wants to treat themselves! The staff isn't pretentious which I have encountered at hotels and restaurants of a certain class.

WOW! That sums it up. I travel frequently to many countries and stay at many locations, this hotel was immaculate and the staff was extremely courteous.
This is a very hip hotel full of beautiful people and the occasional celeb. Very cool New York experience. I def recommend it for young singles and cool couples.
