This was a beautiful old hotel.The staff was very helpful andthe courtesy van to the arena was great even though they had a hard time getting backafter the concert due to traffic.
If you want good food..pack a lunch

Horrible
The coffee was the worst tasting swill I have ever tasted. Room service got our order wrong, twice! We are vegetarians and they kept bringing us bacon. All the food was dry and awful. The staff was indifferent at best. The walls are paper thin. ...
