Good
We were surprised the morning that we checked out with a note under our door indicating that we would be charged an additional 10.00 for parking in the garage across the street (there is no parking lot). The ticket we were given in return to use in...
Old, run down, and past its prime. Service was dismal. The facilities themselves were best described as mediocre. Rooms were uncomfortable, dirty and loud - you can hear your neighbors very clearly on all four sides....
My company rented a conference room for four days, FRI – MON to conduct interviews and process potential applicants. I am glad I stayed at the Holiday Inn, instead of the Fort Des Moines. The staff could not have been more indifferent to us or our ...

Very good value for the money. Although the rooms are a bit outdated, the hotel staff more than makes up for it. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have been greated like I was a familiar friend. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Excellent
The Hotel Fort Des Moines was a very nice surprize as it is a very nostalgic as well as a historic hotel in down town Des Moines. I enjoyed my stay as it was very quiet at night. The resturant was being renovated at the time of my stay but there...
