Hotel Escalante is such a beautiful hotel! It's very small so you get the best service in town. Your treated like royality here. Prices are very high and the rooms are beautiful. Very clean as well. Not the most child friendly.

Our five night October 15th to October 20th was wonderful. The hotel provided the exclusiveness that we desired complimented by superior service. Breakfast was promptly prepared early each morning for us to dine by the pool. The hotel staff meet our every need, from offering chairs for our beach trips, scheduling our spa service to accommodate our "honeymoon schedule" and even making us aware that our rental car tire had a slow leak. This place is a "Best Kept Secret".
It was gorgeous! I had a wonderful time here. First class elegance, and a feel like you're in a villa. The gardens are beautiful, the pool lovely, and my traditional room was perfection. I loved the huge bed, the sheets were like butter. The...

This pretentious little place describes itself as a 5-star, quiet, and intimate hotel.
Upon our arrival on February 11/07, we discovered that the place was adjacent to a major construction zone (a condo building is under construction). We were awakened at 7:20 a.m. every morning with the arrival of the construction crew, and the sound of loud trucks moving equipment, etc.
The staff never disclosed this situation to us even though we had made it clear to them that we were looking for a very quiet and restful place. We were charged over $400 per night for this extreme inconvenience.
Under the circumstances, we approached the owner for a discount on our bill, but she refused to do anything. After a few days, we were fortunate to find a much better accommodation right on the beach.

This is a beautiful hotel in downtown Naples, only three blocks from the beach. The grounds are stunning and the rooms are impeccable. It's a high-end property, so expect high-end prices.
