The concept.Most of the employees are clueless.“The rooms and the concepts were definitely hip but the bed was very uncomfortable. The pool was ridiculous the way it was set up and the location it was in. room service staff were rude and ignorant....

We stayed there and got a great package deal. BUT, we didn't know we were being charge $20 per day (as guests!) just to park our rental car. We were told because we were miles from the Galleria we had to pay for this service. We had a rude awakening ...
