Hotel offers WiFi Hot Spot Internet access and notebook service, Free 24 hours bicycle service and tuk tuk service. Swimming pool and massage service are a also a great place for relaxation. (10/06SW) The hotel is 6 storey building with white block construction of concrete and glass. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Bangkok, the perfect vacation destination and sightseeing attractions, such as Rattanakosin Island, Grand Palace and Golden Mountain reflecting traditional standards of excellent service and hospitality. It is located within walking distance of Khao Sarn road-15 minutes.

This hotel was much better than I expected. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the managers spoke better English than anywhere I have stayed in Thailand. Upon arrival you are given fresh fruit juice and a voucher for a complimentary 30 minute Thai massage which is excellent to use after a long day of sightseeing. We thought the rooms were a great value, especially for being in such a central location, 5 minutes from Khao San Road and near all the great sights. We were told that the hotel has undergone some renovations and changed management so I'm sure it has vastly improved since some of the reviews on this site from a couple of years ago aren't so great. If you're here on a Thursday evening, there is a complimentary cocktail party at the pool for all the guests, followed by a one hour trolley tour of the popular sights in the area. And it was all for free, such a nice treat! It was a breath of fresh air to have such a great experience at this hotel after a few not-so-great ones throughout our travels in Asia. I will be staying here again on my next visit.
2) the location. Close to tourist attraction places, free Tuk-tuk transport from Hotel to the famous Khao San Road. But quite far from Airport (+/- 45 minutes)

The hotel has gone really downhill, it used to have western manager, that was good and now the whole staff seem to have changed.
The rooms are really rundown, with holes in the ceiling. mold on the bathroom walls and the smell of mold in our room was so bad, it made me sick and we had to change rooms. The front office manager, was not really interested and nearly rude to us, the staff was very helpful and did their best to help.
Pool was dirty, filled with oil and had not been cleaned in along while. Breakfast was very good with a lot of things to pick from, but a lot of the time the food was dry or old.

We stopped here many times in the last 2 years,when the new manager Mr feaver took over the place really changed for the better,good staff,cleaner rooms,all in all must better.
Came back to find out he has move to leparadis Koh Samui.Staff are nearly all school girls working for experience and it shows,the old staff members look tired.That special feeling has gone.Our room has cockroaches,spoke to the lady Front office manager,was so rude,answered our questions before we even said them,butted in the whole time,did not really seem interested and could not understand here.We both ate in hotel,we had chicken and both were really ill for 3 days.If I was them I would ask old manager to come back,but this will be my last visit here

Excellent
Stopped with my family,we spent most of the time by the pool,it is very clean tidy,abit near the road,but litle noise.Pool boy very helpful,always in water cleaning pool.Breakfast very good,lot of food as much as you wish eat,Staff very friendly...
Hotel is being upgraded,but no prblems with nosie,mr jon the manager took us around Bangkok,as surprise free of charge.He help us with baggage problems,also when wife was taken ill took me to the hospital and waited with me.Abig help,credit to hotel....
We were here for 11 days in bangkok with my girlfriend,the hotel was great,good food at breakfastrooms ,nice staff in the whole hotel.Only people that were not nice were on the travel desk.But it turn out they are not part of hotel and will go...
