Its located right on washington avenue where the clubs are. The staff was very nice when I came here. The rooms have low platform beds. I wish the room was a little bit bigger though. If you got to the front desk early in the day you can get v.i.p....

The Chelsea provides a quaint little room with a great location for a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly, rooms clean and bathrooms updated with large modern decor. Two blocks off the beach.
