25 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The location of this fairly small hotel is the key factor. It is within a block of Third Street Promenade, and two blocks of Santa Monica Pier. Although room size varies, the one I used was large and very comfortable. There's no car park, but door staff will take it to a secure car park for you day or night.
