Good

The place was packed but the service was good. I really enjoyed eating there after the game. The stakes were good. Mine was a little overdone but had a good taste.

Excellent
34 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business

With the renovation being done in the hotel, it is a nice upgrade for the hotel. Not only did they renovate the hotel, but also upgraded on service. It made the hotel go from just a great location to a great location, great style, & great service. It is now called Hotel Capstone.

Good

I found the staff at this hotel to be very friendly and professional throughout my entire stay. There was only 1 elevator working which made it difficult with the "cheerleading camp" going on during that time. The fitness center definitely needs...

Very overpriced for condition of hotel – Posted Sep 12, 2007

Horrible

Very overpriced for condition of hotel (even with gov. discount), needs a lot of improvement. Vents smelled of smoke all night, fire alarm went off between 4:30 & 5:00 am, firetrucks came, but firefighters couldn't find a thing, although they...

Good
33 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

It's a very nice hotel. It is clean, quiet, and very convenient to the University of Alabama campus. It is not the least expensive game in town, but definitely the closest, and very comfortable. I would stay there again.

I am very likely to return to the Hotel Capstone.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel accommodations were very spacious. The location was very good.

Four Points made me feel relaxed by keeping the room clean and placing water and coffee in the room.

I am very likely to return to the Hotel Capstone.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was very loud – Posted Jun 30, 2007

Mediocre
38 year old female with a luxury budget

The staff was very kind and friendly and I actually like the hotel really well except for the noise level was that of college party days. I complained about the music level on the 2nd floor and the staff said that it was their banquet room playing the music. Couldn't use the pool twice because of all the dangerous horse play. I was awakened in the middle of the night on two nights from the parties going on in rooms near me. This is a too high quality hotel for this type of reckless disregard of their guests needs.
