Other Kimpton hotels that I have seen or stayed at were much more posh and a better value for the money. The staff at this hotel was courteous but not on par with the service at other Kimpton hotels, such as those in Washington, D.C. and New Orleans.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I enjoyed the gift of frango mints, and turning on the radio when turning down the bed.

The experience with the Burnham Hotel was terrible. The reception desk staff was rude. We had been lied to as to the accommodations available.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The staff treated us like we were VIPs staying in the most expensive suite.
