81 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The Bogota, located on Schluetter Strasse, just off the Kurfurstendamm, was, during World War 2, Goebbels' Propaganda Ministry. The rooms are expansive and comfortable, the breakfast is out of this world. My German-born wife and I have lodged here 4 or 5 times and thoroughly enjoyed our stays, usually from 4 to 6 days. The staff is friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. We have noticed that more Americans are registered here than ever before. The Bogota 1oo meters from a bus statyon and only a block from the Underground.
We can not praise the relatively inexpensive Hotel Bogota enough.
