Stayed here for one night on the way to the Grand Canyon. The suites were large, but the rooms are not as clean as they appear in the photos. I wouldn't walk on the carpet without shoes and if you looked in any corner or cranny, you'd definitely find filth. The drywall in our shower was falling off and it just didn't feel as clean as it should have. HOWEVER, the grounds were nice and they have an EXCELLENT venue/area for breakfasts and happy hours/socials. Very kid friendly.
this place is in absolutley horrible condition. i had to stay here because my softball team had a game . the whole softball team stayed here, and one of my teammates got a room that had bloodstained sheets,and the bed was broken. i hated staying...

Checked into room, and read the ammenities list and it said water, juice, and popcorn were included could not find but one bottle of water in room, called front desk and they stated it was a old flyer in the room and they did not provide that sevice ...
They gave our room to someone else, gave me a smaller room, everything about the room was filthy. Bathroom was never cleaned, food on the sheets, food on the pullout sofa. Just overall very dirty. NEVER WILL STAY...

The new general manager has really spiffed up the place and seems to be making great strides in the recent upgrade to the property. The condominium hotel suites are in the process of conversion and the models so far are beautiful. I am excited to see the finished product.
The hotel has had some rough times during the past few years but on my last visit I saw dramatic improvements with the staff's friendliness as well as the cleanliness areas that needed some improvement. I am really impressed at all the work that they have already accomplished. They are doing a fantastic job. Kudos!
