Very Classy Hote...stayed with a friend to do the shopping/theatre. Rooms were fine, maybe smaller than most...but we weren't there much. Hotel staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again...very clean.

pros: DOWNTOWN ACCESSI definitely wouldn't recommend it for business travel or extended stays. My room was very small, the closet isn't wide enough to hang up a suit without having to cram it in sideways, walls are paper thin, the desk and chair do...

The first room I got smelled musty, like cigarettes, even though I asked for non-smoking. The second room I got was noisy. The staff was very accommodating and the last room they gave me was satisfactory. They have excellent customer service.
