I stayed at the Horseshoe for 2 nights while working in the area. I was pleasently surprised by the quality of the hotel, friendliness of the employees and speed of service in the resteraunt. I didn't have time to go in the casino, but hopefully the next time I am working in the area I will have the time. I will definetly stay at the Horseshoe next time I am in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. This hotel could easily have been on the strip in Las Vegas!

Everyone was friendly and I loved the casino even though I didn't win on the tables. I LOVED the poker room. All the dealers were very professional and friendly. We had to play early in the day so it was easy to get on a table.

My wife and I have been coming to the Horseshoe Casino since it opened,to give you an idea how much we spend there, look up Billy And Shirley Burke's account.
I have never seen a casino deterrate so bad,you slot tournments are horrible any more,Shirley intered everyone,but no more,Christmas Day your tables were $25.00 minimum,and over a dozen tables open,just don't understand that,our room was filthy,your buffett is not worth a damn anymore and it use to be the best. You handicap parking is not in forced and I am in a wheelchair,but there is one thing for sure we don't have to go there,do we and we want any more, and another thing why did you take out the good slot machines.?

I am always pleased with the Horseshoe hotel. The coffee shop personnel is not too helpful or friendly. They seem to have little concern for patrons and it has always been this way. Otherwise it is a total pleasure to stay with them.
