36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Upon checking in, the bellmen stood inside the warm hotel, while I tried to unload my luggage in the freezing cold.
The room service food was not fit for a dog, except for the salad. My fillet was not a fillet cut of meat, barely warm, and barely edible. I think they must have accidentally given me hockey pucks instead of rolls. The breakfast was not any better, the coffee was terrible, and my food was slightly warm. Oh, did I mention that it took three hours to get on the internet, because the wireless signal was so weak?
They still tried to charge me twice for internet service and for the phone calls to the IT service so I could get connected. When I called to ask them to remove the internet charge, they told me that although it took me three hours, I still got service and I could have used dial up instead! I won't be staying at this hotel again, much less gambling!
