26 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
My boyfriend and I were in town for a friend's wedding and could not wait to leave. The trouble started before we even arrived and had called and asked seven times to have a confirmation email sent. Only after calling seven times did we receive one. We then had to make a change to our reservation and asked for an email confirming that change which we never received and gave up asking for.
Upon arrival I turned down the sheets to rest and found orange stains on my sheets. Thankfully we were able to get those changed. The shower had a disgusting white mat covering a dirty floor and we could barely move in the shower and bathroom because they were so small.
During our stay we heard the elevators all day and night long. We were also woken up early every morning by the conversations of the guests in the room next to ours. On our last night we tried to get as much sleep as possible due to a 16 hour drive home the next day but only got about 4 hours of sleep. I was woken by loud snoring, I woke my boyfriend but it was not him. Instead, we were kept awake for hours because of the snoring of a guest in the next room. We were in disbelief and exhausted. I also spent every night shivering because the heat did not work.
The parking was also very inconvenient and you had to park on the second level of a parking garage that was not connected to the hotel. Although this was more of a minor annoyance.
I would not consider staying there again and would not recommend this hotel.
