It was close to the other sights in town.The room did show some slight signs of wear and tear. Excellent value for the cost of the room. While the room did show some slight signs of wear and tear it was clean, neat, and very acceptable.

We have never stayed in such a terrible place in 20 years!! The staff were abrupt, flat, and unhelpful. The carpet was so old that it had rolls in it--a tripping risk. The shower had a hair in it. We put out our placard for maid service at 0930. ...

This place is disgusting. I have never stayed in such a filthy place before. We asked to be moved because we could clearly see the sheets nor the towels had been changed. We moved and that room was just as gross. We spent a good portion of the day disinfecting the room.

Friendly staff, cheap food prices.Long hall way from one tower to the next. The horizon has a friendly staff, you get a newspaper in the morning, the pool is colder then the lake has a really long hall way from each tower. All in all great hotel.

Location only.Staff was very rude. Room appearance was poor. Step above hotel 6. My first impression as we walked in was very good. Then we tried to check-in. Staff was rude, room was dingy and old.
