60 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We were promised many things for our family reunion by a fast talking group salesman. Some of our early reservations were not recorded. The service was slow to none existent, the attitudes of the front desk clerks was rude, we kept hearing words like " our computers don't show that", the indoor pool was smelly, dark and yucky, the a.c. didn't work in most of the rooms, the outdoor patio was dirty, tables were covered in dirt, not to mention food stuff. There were never any maintenance men available, the catered meal was some of the worst food I have ever attempted to eat, and it was expensive. It seemed like every time we had an understanding with the management, the rules were suddenly changed. Never again will we go to Branson, Missouri for any reason, I can stay home and throw my money down the toilet and get more satisfaction.
