This hotel made me feel practical: It made me feel like was home. The kitchen had staff that could cook so I didn't have to eat out.

It rains in California and there is no way to get to the front desk without first going out into the rain.

I didn't like it when I told the staff about a leaking sprinkler head and they did nothing about it. I was there for almost two weeks and the head was never fixed, wasting water the whole time.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was quiet and peaceful, in spite of having a lot of guests. There wasn't any clutter or commotion in the hallways or the dining halls.

I really liked the hotel's decor and the friendliness of the staff. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the comfort of the bed. It was pretty hard and not very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The suite was well appointed and decorated beautifully. It was much nicer than what I had expected and I was very happy.

The people at the front desk were very informative and concerned about our rental car situation.

This hotel made me feel pampered: We had problems picking up our rental car at the airport; they paid for our taxi to the hotel and made arrangements so that I could pick up my rental car in the morning.
