57 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I travelled to Raleigh, NC, on a leisure trip with my wife and two girls ages 7 and 12 during this past month of August (2-6) 2006. We had a previous reservation for this hotel since April 2006.
When we arrived the room assigned was not the one requested even after presenting evidence of their e-mail confirmation. I tried everything including a meeting with the hotel manager. He never called back.
Sorry. It will never happen again as I will detour very far from this property. Could you believe I am a Hilton Honor Member, Silver Preferred?
I must admit that they offered an excellent hot breakfast buffet that will fill you till the evening hours, and service from housekeeping was outstanding.
