Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando

Everything was good except the room was not cleaned properly. Stuff was leftover and we changed rooms.

It was like an apartment with everything we needed in it.

The rooms looked good. There were six of us in one room so I had to share the fold out couch bed and it was not as comfortable as I expected.

They served a decent breakfast. I liked having a separate bedroom and living room.

This hotel was brand new when I stayed there so I was lucky and I had a room that no one else had stayed in. It was way more then I expected with a full size refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher and a garbage disposal unit. There was a separate living room, a bedroom and a bath. It was very comfortable and homey. I was pleased well beyond my expectations. There was also an on site laundry room and although the hotel did not have a restaurant you got a wonderful full breakfast every morning and from Monday to Friday they had a small evening meal that had been prepared on site. It was awesome. The only thing I did not like was the bed which was uncomfortable for me even though it was brand new. The location was perfect for me as it was not far from where I was working at the time and it was close to shopping. There was a Walgreen's drug store right next door which was very handy for picking up a few groceries. The hotel also had a area with toiletries and some groceries for sale. My stay was very pleasant.

This hotel made me feel important: They treated me as an important person and all of my concerns were handled professionally and courteously. I felt special during my entire stay.
