50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The fire alarms went off for three days in a row and they didn't know what was wrong. The key cards had to be redone four or five times because they kept becoming de-activated and we couldn't get into the room or hotel. The computer in their business section kept being off-line and unable to use.
The staff was very friendly.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Willowbrook Mall.
I might recommend it to friends.
