There were no problems. The service was as usual. There's an ATM machine in the lobby.

OK Hotel. The staff was great, I love the pool. The rooms where a little dark but we where able to mannage. Room was very relaxing.

They have good service. The complimentary breakfast is usually quite good. There are sparse in-house amenities but overall it provides comfortable lodgings.
This hotel made me feel respected: The staff knew my name quickly and were quick to respond to questions or requests. The room service was scheduled to accommodate my irregular hours.

55 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for business
This hotel was very good. I enjoyed the room and the morning and evening food service. It's close location to Dulles Airport and the Reston Town Center made it ideal for my trip.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The suite and the kitchen in the suite allowed me to do my own thing. Not having to worry about running out to find quick meals. The two TVs allow comfortable relaxation in either the living room or bedroom.

The room was terrific as far as the location, the quietness, the size, the features, the ceiling fans, the lighting for reading, the lighting for night. The staff was extremely friendly, they knew me by name as I checked in. Having fresh fruit and drinks at any time was wonderful. The free nightly meals were great, with fresh salad bar, beer or wine, the main meal was lacking but it was free! I would like very much to stay in another one in the future.
This hotel made me feel important: The front desk staff always spoke as I came and went. They were friendly at all times and made me feel important.
