I found the shuttle driver very friendly and full of information about the hotel and the surrounding area. I found the other employees friendly and professional also. The room was very comfortable, but the furnace was a bit noisy. Breakfast was very good.

The room was surprisingly spacious. It was very nice having a living area totally separate from the sleeping area, with a TV in each, especially since we were traveling with a teenager. The free high-speed internet was a plus, however the connection was weak. Although the area where the hotel was located had many other nice hotels, there were not any nice restaurants not even someplace to have a good breakfast. My only other complaint would be that Homewood should serve their breakfast a little later on weekends as six a.m. to nine a.m. is a little early for a weekend.
The size of the room and type of furnishings was a treat. I felt like we were in a very nice apartment instead of a hotel.
