We had a minor issue upon check-in late at night. The next morning, the manager called us personally to apologize, sent a fruit basket and was generally very concerned about the matter (it really wasn't that big of a deal), but her response impressed me.

The hotel is very clean and neat in appearance, our room was serviced promptly each day, and we felt welcome at the breakfast.

I would indeed return if I had occasion to be in Springs again.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They have a great breakfast and great pupas at night. The staff is great all around.

The location was very convenient to the airport location, less than three miles. The staff went out of their way to ensure I was happy and informed when I was checked in. I really enjoyed their complimentary breakfast bar and dinner meals. This was a major reason I chose this hotel. The rooms were neat and spacious, with a bedroom separated from the kitchen and front room.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Their front desk personnel were very friendly and had a big smile. He seemed to be a sincerely happy person who was also trying to make your stay a happy one as well.

I was surprised by the full size refrigerator. The kitchenette was very nice. The location was perfect from the airport. The service was great.

It's a very nice hotel, close to the airport and very convenient to Schreiver AFB.
