Excellent
We stayed in a one bedroom king suite for an extended weekend and it was like being in a small apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture.

I have stayed in many hotels and in many places, but the Homewood Suites is my best by far. My husband and I met his brother and wife and they also stayed here. We spent a great deal of our time talking about the hotel, the cleanliness of the building, how beautiful it was, how breakfast was unbelievable, how the staff was so supportive and friendly, etc. The staff in Buffalo was remarkable. They were very courteous and professional at all times. They were great with providing places to eat, site to visit, just outstanding service. Breakfast was fabulous throughout our stay and it was complimentary of the hotel. Can you believe that!!! At no additional charge, we received a full hot WONDERFUL breakfast. They also provide a dinner reception Monday-Thursday that we regrettably missed due to our arrival and departure schedule. This staff was outstanding in every aspect of customer service. They would do the world a favor if they trained others in customer service how to relate to their customers. My desire and my in-laws, is to only stay at a Homewood Suites and receive the same service over and over again!!!!!!!!! Thank you Homewood Suites, for providing service anyone should and would appreciate.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet considering we were next to the airport. Unfortuately, I wish there was two Queen beds instead of Doubles. It was a little tight. Will be staying again.

good staff, very clean. the coffee and creamers @ reception counter is a great touch. towels and bedding were of good quality compaired to other hotels. staff were great in helping answer tourist questions would go back again. price was acceptible...
HOMEWOOD SUITES IS THE BEST HOTEL AROUND HERE!!! GREAT PEOPLE WORK THERE AND THE SERVICE IS EXCELLANT. OUR STAY WAS SO ENJOYABLE, WE STAY THERE WHENEVER WE COME TO BUFFALO.
