32 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I stayed with my family of four for five days. The towels weren't replenished everyday for each of us to have a fresh towel daily. This hotel has high quality name brand shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap but, there was no mouthwash as I've seen in another chain. Overall, the stay was great. My family will be living there for one to two weeks while waiting to close on our house. My husband has been relocated and we stayed at this hotel to house hunt and will be leaving next week to stay there again until closing.
Two of their employees picked us up from the airport when we arrived then took us back when it was time to depart. They let us check out late and held our luggage at the front desk so we could look at one more house before we left.
I am very likely
to return to the Homewood Suites by HiltonŽ Buffalo-Amherst.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
