Okay
Although I have never personally stayed here, I have known 2 families who stayed here temporarily while searching for a place in Asheville who said it was fine. Convenient location.

The hotel is nicely located close to downtown, but the free breakfast is barely edible and the free dinner is only from Monday to Thursday. But overall, it is a nice place to stay.
I am very likely
to return to the Homewood Suites by HiltonŽ Asheville-Tunnel Road.
I might recommend it to friends.

Our recent stay at the hotel was all and more than I expected it to be. However, my only complaint is that the mattresses were entirely too soft. I have had back problems ever since we returned. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.
The front desk personnel treated us like we were VIPs instead of tourists there to see the Biltmore.
I am very likely
to return to the Homewood Suites by HiltonŽ Asheville-Tunnel Road.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
26 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My fiancée and I booked a room here to stay the night of our wedding six months in advance.
I called every month between then and our wedding to make sure that I still had reservations. I took my car over the day before the wedding and left it in the parking lot (as we were having a limo bring us to the hotel). I went inside and spoke with someone who assured me that our room was still available and told me that they were excited to have us.
When my new husband and I pulled up (in full wedding attire, in our limo) they told us that they had overbooked our stay and after much persistence from my husband, they agreed to put us up at the Hampton Inn down the street. We were supposed to have a King Suite with a Jacuzzi tub at the Hilton, but instead got a filthy room with a double bed at the Hampton. Please do not patronize this business!
